Levee Express Editor - Duplicate Levee Segment Removal

Hi, I was working on integrating two levee files (intersecting levees)that had some duplicate levee segments. When I removed the first duplicate levee segment using "Levee Express Editor",FLO-2D removed all the duplicate instances. I'm excited about (but I was not aware before of) this capability. I would like to know more about the procedure that FLO-2D uses to resolve the duplicate levee segments.
